As accurate as HDB floor plans. For doors and windows, we have strived to be as accurate as possible. However, due to inconsistencies in the provided floor plans, we cannot guarantee the exact placement nor size of doors and windows. Typically, we expect a standard bedroom and toilet door (including frame) to be about 100cm wide. Unfortunately, this is not always the case from floor plans. Consequently, we are not able to determine if a smaller door would be provided or if the drawings are just indicative. Additionally, the actual measurements of the flat may differ from the provided floor plan. Please re-measure upon key collection to ensure accuracy.

In some projects, such as those in Chencharu estate, Parc Meadow, there could be slight variations in the window spacing and layout. Additionally, for most projects, there could be slight variations in the living room wall thickness (depending on whether there is an adjacent unit or not). In this case, just contact us and we will make the necessary adjustments for free.
