Please read these terms carefully before using our services
These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer", "you") and 3D BTO Models ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a business registered in Singapore, governing your use of our website at 3dbto.sg (the "Service") and the purchase and use of 3D models ("Products", "3D Models", "Content") available through our Service.
By accessing or using our Service, creating an account, or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service or purchase our Products.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Service and make purchases. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3.1 Product Description
We offer individual 3D models in SketchUp format and other compatible formats for download. All Products are digital goods delivered electronically.
3.2 License Grant
Upon successful payment, 3D BTO Models grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual license to use the purchased 3D Models subject to the following terms:

- • Personal projects and personal use
- • Modification and customization for your projects
- • Use in personal games or applications
- • Architectural visualizations and presentations
✗ Prohibited Uses:
- • Resale or redistribution of models
- • Sharing models with third parties
- • Commercial purposes
- • Claiming authorship of original models
- • Any illegal activities
3.3 Intellectual Property Rights
All 3D Models remain the intellectual property of 3D BTO Models. The purchase of a license does not transfer ownership of the 3D Models to you. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the 3D Models.
4.1 Pricing
All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing:
- • Order details
- • Download links for your purchased 3D Models
- • License information
5.1 Delivery Method
All Products are delivered digitally via downloadable links sent to your registered email address immediately after successful payment processing.
5.2 Download Period
Files will remain downloadable for as long as possible. In the event that we are no longer able to provide this service, we will notify you via email and give at least 30 calendar days notice for you to download your files.
5.3 Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- • Ensuring the email address provided is correct and accessible
- • Downloading and storing your purchased files
- • Maintaining backups of downloaded Products
- • Ensuring you have compatible software to use the 3D Models
Please refer to our refunds policy.
You will need an email address to make a purchase and to access your purchases. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
You agree not to:
- • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- • Impersonate any person or entity
- • Upload viruses or malicious code
- • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
All content on 3dbto.sg, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of 3D BTO Models or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about our Service or Products becomes our property and may be used without compensation to you.
THE SERVICE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the Products will meet your specific requirements, or that any errors will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 3D BTO Models SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 3D BTO Models, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or Products, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
Your use of our Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.
By using our Service, you agree to receive electronic communications from us regarding your account, purchases, and Service updates. You may opt-out of promotional communications at any time.
All notices and correspondence should be sent using the contact us page.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on our Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our non-enforcement of any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3D BTO Models.
19. Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
20. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
21. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
